Installing 2 x PWM in one system

I'm having trouble understanding if I can use 2 (two) 30 amp PWM's on one solar system which will let me add more wattage (totaling 60 amp's) to my power bank instead of (30). I have been told I can, but only when the PWM's are placed in series and not parallel. I heard if I run them in Parallel I will decrease the life of not only my PWM's but my battery's as well. I was told one PWM will over work it's self to death if placed in Parallel. I understand adding a MPPT would be better for my solar systems. However, I now have two systems; a 400w from (4 100w solar panel's) and I want to add a small 400w turbine to the same power bank. Can this be done safely.  Running a turbine and 4 100w panel's together on the same battery bank using a wanderer and another 30 amp controller with a LCD display. Furthermore, do you know of any videos of people doing what I am trying to do. I haven't found anything on YouTube yet.

I don't think you can do that, You will still have only 30a not 60a....... But I haven't done that or read about doing that so I'm not 100% sure...

charging from multiple sources is not a problem.

But I don't think that was his question is making a 30a into a 60a a problem???

Wind controllers may have a need for a diversion load when there is more power than the batts will accept.
