Hi, I just installed the BT-1 and put the app on my smartphone. In the monitor screen on the phone, there is 3 areas, labeled solar panel, battery, and load. The window for each area is too small to show everything that is supposed to be in there, so it shows the labels, but cuts off the data. Is there a way to expand these windows so all the data shows?
Thanks, HemiJoel

Thanks, HemiJoel It might sound silly, but are you able to scroll down to view the rest or scroll from left to right? If this is an Android device, when you first open the app on the bottom there might be a "fill entire screen" option and you tap that in order to fit everything into your screen. -Renogy Team

Thanks for the help. There is no scrolling at all. Also, no "fill entire screen" option. I ended up solving it by going into settings/display/advanced on my android and readjusting the screen size and the font size to the smallest available. So I have to switch the settings back and forth between this app and everything else. Not a big deal as a work-around. If there was a way to eliminate the need to do this it would be nice.
Also, how can I switch the battery temp to F instead of C?

Also, how can I switch the battery temp to F instead of C? I don't think it's possible.... Lets see what they say...

The default settings on the phone (I imagine) shouldn't have any problem with the app. My understanding is that perhaps the app does not take into account modified viewing settings on cellphones. Regardless this will be something we investigated to determine if there is another workaround. Will follow up with temperature setting since this seems to be a building issue. -Renogy Team
