Device ID and setup for USB solar station monitoring program

I have a 40A Rover and I'm trying to log into it for the first time using the Solar station monitoring program. I've looked up the right COM port for my USB in device settings, but I don't know what the correct device # is for my Rover. In the user manual it says "the LCD of the controller displays an equipment ID" but I see no such number in my LCD.

I'm pretty computer illiterate and I'm surprised for something as complicated as this that there's no how-to. Any helpers?
