Because of RV roof configuration, I would like to install four 160W panels and two 100W flexible panels on my airstream. Is it reasonable to combine panels of different sizes? I would like to series two 160s and a 100, then parallel another identical string. Or I could series pairs of 160s and the 100s and parallel the three strings. Which makes a better system? The 160s are 19.1 volts at 8.38 amps and the 100s are 18.9 volts at 5.29 amps...
Thanks for any advice.

We generally advise that panels be within 10% of their specification Depending on how you wire the panels, you will be limited to your lowest producing panel. This is why we recommend panels either have their own charge controller systems or they be combined with similar specs.
