wind solar controller needs diversionary load so that when the wind output is more than the battery needs all hell does not break out.

multiple charge sources work well together, the issue with wind is that the controller needs a diversionary load like a water heater or something, they do make controllers for wind.

RVs typically have 120v charging via utility or generator, vehicle charging via alternator and solar. They all work well together.
