Not too sure if I screwed up ordering stuff. My issue I noticed is the Max charge Amp rating on the Batteries is 35A and my Charge controller is rated at 40A. I'm running the batteries in parallel so I would assume that means the max charge rating would then be 70A because they're ran in parallel? Just trying to make sure I'm safe in everything I'm wiring up. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, I was wondering is there any issue with having a disconnect switch on the wiring running from the panels to the charge controller? On Renogy's instruction manuals it states to never have the Solar Panels connected to the charge controller without the batteries being connected. In case I ever needed to work on anything I was going to put a Heavy Duty On/Off switch before the charge controller. Is there any issue with doing this?

no issue with cutoff switch.
100w panel is rated ~5.5A so 3 would be 17A at the most that would never exceed 35A or 70A! 300w/18v = 16.66A - take a look at the sticker on the back!
Ya might see 13A of charge from time to time which is not much for 310 ah battery bank!

Yep you will be just fine..... I have a shut off on my panels and my battery... It really makes it easier to work on..... If need be....
