I have connected my solar system... I can get the load to work just fine but the Charge Controller seems to be in the “Float” mode (based on the single light blink - not frequent).
Is this right? DO I need to change this? Not sure what to do from here... it “charges” when the light is on but its only for a sec a min (or something like that)...
Solar Panels to Fuse to Charge Controller Charge Controller to fuse to Battery
I have the load input as well but just to the 12v fan and lights. I have not connected the Inverter yet bc I havent bought a fuse but that will be Battery to Fuse to Inverter.
Suggestions on what to do with the controller would be great!
Thank

Generally speaking, float is a good thing.
There are guys here that can elaborate with more detail but when I see float on mine, it means i'm good to go and the CC is only maintaining a full charge on the battery bank

it should start off the day and charge up to mid 14 volts (or higher in cold temps), hold constant for 2 hrs @ 14.? volts and then revert to float of 13.? volts and stay there.
loads and use which cause the battery to drop low enough and the cycle starts over (as it does each morning), but that is what it should try and do every day, ie get the battery up to 14.?v and stay for 2 hrs then go to float which tries to maintain 13.?v.
call support if it is not charging up to 14+v.
