I purchased model sc1281 and the battery type charge options are standard,AGM and gel. My batteries are lithium. What setting would I use?

Not knowing the different charge profiles' voltages, I'd use sealed and disconnect the charger once charged ie don't let it float for extended periods of time, Gel may be a better option as it will likely just undercharge as best I can estimate and FULLY charging Li is not important.
Use a volt meter until you know how high a voltage any setting goes and compare to the charging the Li needs.

I'm assuming you're referring to Renogy's LFP batteries? I spoke to tech support and they recommended using only my solar controller (Rover Li) to charge these batteries. My inverter/charger had no LFP setting and they recommended the NOCO Genius Multipurpose battery chargers which not only have proper charging profiles for LFP batteries, but they'll also activate the BMS in Renogy's LFP batteries. I bought the NOCO G26000 26a charger for my bank of 4 170ah batteries.
