When I first bought my camper, I just started buying stuff without really educating myself. I know the correct answer to my problem, but am looking for my best short term solution. Knowing that batteries should not be mixed in Amp Hours, let me tell you what I have and hear your suggestions. All of the following batteries are Flooded. I have 3 deep cycle batteries of the same brand rated at 105AH I have 2 deep cycle batteries of the same brand rated at 75AH I have 1 deep cycle battery rated at 90AH I have 1 commercial battery rated at 220AH I feel like throwing them all away and buying Lithium, but that is not going to happen. I have 6 100w solar panels. should I break the system in half and utilize them separately somehow. I also have a Rover 40A, a Rover 20A, and a Wanderer controller.

First off I think you have to many batteries for that amount of panels.... I also don't think you need the 20a CC the 40a will be just fine if the panels are wired correctly....
What are you running off of your system?

I am only using the 40 Amp. Originally, I thought I could completely power the camper. At this point I would be happy to run all but the AC and Microwave. All LED lighting, 12 volt and propane fridge, water heater, and heat. Occasional TV and chargers. I just thought that I should try to make use of the batteries I have.

What is the highest voltage that you get to every day on a clear sunny day with that many batteries? What is the voltage first thing in the morning??
Yes it's amazing what people think they can run off of solar in the beginning.... AC, heat and a microwave takes a LOT of power a lot more than most small systems can produce....

The 600W ysstem would be best with the 3 x 105Ah batteries in parallel assuming they are 12V. You do have a an undersized array for the battery banks. -Renogy Team
