Hello, I'm wondering if I have a bad controller. Measured open voltage on the panel leads is 43 volts. When attached to controller voltage always reads battery voltage 12-13v. Panels symbol shows daylight and moon symbols but never turns on panel charge light or records charge amp hours, ever. Time to call service?

I believe you have your + and - crossed from your panels to the CC..... If it has never worked right...

Have you measured the individual panel VOC and ISC to see if there is anything wrong with particular panel? If you've never seen it charge there is a possibility that you have the cables reversed at the panel input. -Renogy Team
