I am currently running 2- 6v dep cycle led acid batteries on a 30A MPPT Rover controller. I was given 2-12v gel batteries. Can I add the gel batteries to the controller along with the led acid batteries?

I'd suggest not cuz the Gel need low 14v to charge and the flooded need upper 14v. The Gels could be overcharged

Due to their (most likely) different charging requirements specified by the manufacturer, you might risk damaging your batteries as opposed to getting use out of them. -Renogy Team

Buy batteries as a set, maintain them as a set, and replace them as a set. If you try to mix batteries it will bring your best batteries down to the level of your worst battery.
You can't mix the batteries but what you can do is pick a set of primary batteries and use the solar system to charge both sets, using the appropriate charger for each set. You can use a voltage controlled switch (or a timer) to turn on a battery charger that transfers the power from your secondary batteries to your primary batteries at night. It sounds clumsy and inefficient, and in a way it is, but it's more efficient than having a set of batteries sitting there doing nothing. Assuming you have the power to spare to charge the extras.
