Yesterday I completed a Renogy solar installation on my Little Guy camper.
The battery appears to be registering correctly but the solar panel does not show up.
The only LED light that is on is the battery light. The PV LED does not light up.
Voltage from the battery is 12.6 volts. This shows up with multimeter, on the charge controller and also the bluetooth display.
Voltage can be read with a multimeter at the PV terminals as 18.8. This does not however show up on the bluetooth app. Additionally there is a message on the bluetooth app that says "charge not ready".
Could someone direct me in what may be the cause for not getting any charge?

nope, but I would disconnect the panel wires, disconnect the battery wires, then reconnect the battery and let the controller come to life and then reconnect the panel. HTH

Depending on your charge controller, make sure you're set at 12V.
