Just for S's and grins let me ask, maybe this has been covered and I don't see it, but these batteries I assume are connected in parallel - not series, right? Apologies if already answered. Renogy Lithium batteries are not designed for series operation. It hasn't been asked and that's a good question..............
What I'm curious of is how is he coming up with the 13.2 3? ? ? What is the device he is using to check it with?
We have used a multi-meter, the Bluetooth app and the reading on 2 separate charge controllers

Have you tried going back to the AGM batteries to make sure the CC is working properly?

We sold the AGM batteries so no. But the CC worked fine with those.

It sounds like you have tried everything you can to find the problem. It sounds like the Li batteries are stuck for some reason........
It would be nice to see if Renogy can get them unstuck..................

Even though you have told us why you are reluctant to do so, you have showed pretty conclusively that something is wrong that needs manufacturer attention. If indeed the batteries are connected in parallel, you should be able to disconnect one of them and continue to operate your setup, albeit with less capacity and send the batteries, one at a time, to Renogy for analysis. Seems to me to be the best option at this point.

^^^^^^ Yep I totally agree.......... ^^^^^^^^^^^^
That's his only choice at this point......... Well he can just live with it, That's also a choice.............

Boon, I think I'd just keep plugging along, I do not know what monitoring (battery capacity) system you have but you may be getting these Li batts charged to 70-80%. If that is working for you then keep on trucking. An ah accumulator with a little math may show what level of capacity you have when charged to 13.2v
Of course there are loads of options, pay for shore power while waiting on Renogy, go to sams/costco and get 3 100ah flooded 12v ($300), get 2 or 4 6v, add a generator, keep on cycling your Li (they don't need to be Fully charged like lead acid), take a road trip to Renogy, find a neighbor camper to double check you measurements, ...
Yep warranty service is a PIA when you still need batteries! but don't wait too long.

His batteries are in parallel. So, it is not all or nothing. He could service them one at a time. (Update: acknowledging agreement with following posts by bupkis and tattoo).

Boon, as I suggested there are loads of options, if one batt provides ENOUGH then running on one while WAITING on Renogy is one of the many options. Now remember enough though you say things are working I read somewhere that your 'system' is too small, LOL.

I still say it's to small.........
He said he has seen his batteries at 11 something so that's all I'm going by.......
Until he knows what his power usage is everything we suggest is just a guess............... That you know so well..........

We sold the AGM batteries so no. But the CC worked fine with those. We would recommend to call tech support to create a claim and and perhaps warranty. The batteries not charging to 14.4V could be a potential issue, however you've mentioned that when it ran to 11V this was under load. Is this a common occurrence or a one time occurrence? This could be an issue with a BMS potentially.

Li batteries need experts because they have so many problems......... What is needed is to ask the correct questions and get a complete answer to help fix any problem....... Li or not.........
