I have purchased 4-100W mono panels for a partially renovated airstream and wanted to get the roof of the trailer complete before I start the internal wiring. Is there any problem with installing panels possibly 4-6 wks before our 400Ah LiFe battery install occurs? They will sit on the roof in full sun disconnected. I look forward to some advice on this issue. Thank you.

As long as the ends don't touch each other or anything else there shouldn't be a problem...

Other than the fact that all that great solar energy is not being used yet, no problem at all. Those panels are designed for full exposure to good old Sol whether they're hooked up or not.

My experience is very limited but I did read ,repeatedly, to connect the controller to the batteries before connecting the panels to the controller.
When you are ready for the actual install, keep that in mind.

There is no problem with leaving your panels disconnected before a battery source, it will essentially an open circuit, but should be okay.

We are looking for an installer. Any ideas for the Denver, CO area? At the very least, we would need someone to do the roof work as we are not able physically to do that part. Thanks in advance!
