Installed with wrong information.
Also have 1500W puresine inverter for AC. Found out batteries are not enough for more than 400W usage.
How much more battery should I add to use 1400 W air fryer?
Just convert to camper van. System: 12V 100Ah AGM x 2 Solar 12V 100W x 2

Wow, Needing that much more power, I would say at least 8 more 100ah batteries and 8 more 100w panels.... It's going to take a lot because start up and run time is your biggest problem...
Even with my system I wouldn't try and run a air fryer off of it.... That's why I have propane.....
I'm sure someone will be by to help you with the numbers...

I've never owned an air fryer... Do they take longer to cook something than a Microwave does? I would think so.... If they do a microwave would be a better choice...

The 1500 watt inverter sounds too small also....Most inverters are labeled with their "peak" watts where a 1000W will operate continous @ 800 watts, and so on.
I just don't see you able to employ an array and battery bank large nuff on a van conversion....Those little 2000W inverter generators are perfect for those moments and lots of other events.

I run my mwave on the 2kw PSW. Not for long periods though and I haven't tried it on convection. That might be a bit much

Saddle, what else are you wanting to run off of your solar system? Or are you just wanting to run the air fryer?
