15 Amp ANL fuses. I can't seem to find any online, and a 15 amp fuse was recommended to me by Renogy Tech Support. I'd rather not go to another completely different fuse type, so I think now I'm looking at getting a single blade fuse holder to put inline. I'm also not interested in using a Renogy In-Line 15amp fuse because the only place that would go is on the roof, and if that blows, I don't want to have to go on the roof to check it out.

The only place where there are MC4 connectors are at the panels on the roof. I'm not looking to wire in new MC4 connectors into the system.

Why would you need to wire in new MC4 connectors to add a fuse? Just put the fuse not Renogys in the line before the CC.......

it is nice to have a cutoff on the panel/controller side (fuse holder). Not needed till you have more than 2 strings.
I short my panel to measure its current!

I don't know what system size has to do with it. the poster is correct, Renogy should carry 10 & 15A fuses to protect their 100w panels with 3 or more strings.

To me it had everything to do with it..... I personally think every segment of the solar system should have fuses.... It makes it easy to shut down a leg even though I have cut offs.....
That's what I thought before but when you said it didn't need them I figured you read it somewhere so I went with you..... Now I understand better.... But I still like having fuses on my small system.....
I agree Renogy should carry a LOT more things for their systems.... And information on how to use them...
